You can, as long as the park is open, there is room available and we have not got it fully booked for a private birthday party. We open every day: write to us or call us before coming and we will confirm there is room, so you can come with confidence. Birthday parties and events are arranged in advance.

We open every day from Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 21:00, on Fridays and Saturdays from 08:30 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 00:00 and on Sundays from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 21:00. See the previous question to find out whether you can come and play without a booking that day.

Comfortable clothes and socks to play in the ball pit (we recommend non-slip ones). The full contents of each menu (drinks, food, cake and invitations) are published on the birthday page.

Yes, you can bring your own cake. Let us know on the booking form so we have everything ready on the day of the party.

For birthday parties, the price per child ranges from €10.75 to €13.25 depending on the menu (cheaper on weekdays): the full breakdown is on the birthday page. The final total also depends on extras, additional services and the number of children. For other types of events, it depends on the celebration and the guests: write to us with your idea through the booking form and we will prepare a no-obligation quote.

The park is not adapted for reduced mobility. If you or any guest needs any adaptation, tell us before booking and we will honestly let you know what we can do.

Yes, the minimum is 12 children per party; if fewer attend, that minimum is charged anyway. Check the booking terms for the full breakdown.

We ask for the final number of children two days before the party, and if someone is missing on the day, the charge is adjusted according to how many confirmed children do not attend. Check the booking terms for the exact breakdown.

Health regulations require us to control what is consumed inside the park, so we do not allow food or drink brought in from outside. We only make an exception when there is a justified allergy or intolerance (the birthday cake is the usual exception apart from that: see "Can I bring my own cake?").

Yes: our nutritionist designs options adapted for the most common allergies and intolerances, so any child with special needs can also eat with peace of mind at the party. We just ask that you let us know two days in advance so we can have everything ready.

We require socks to enter the play area for hygiene and safety reasons: they give better grip in the ball pit and on the structures than bare feet or a shoe sole. As mentioned in "What do I need to bring?", we recommend non-slip socks; if you forget yours, we usually have non-slip socks for sale on site.

Yes, the café is open to anyone, even if you do not come with children or do not have a booking at the park.
