What cookies this website uses
This website does not install third-party, advertising, or tracking cookies by default. The only non-essential cookies that may be installed are those of three analytics providers — Google Analytics, PostHog, and Contentsquare — and only if you expressly accept them in the banner shown when you arrive. It is a single consent for all three: you cannot accept some and decline others.
If you do not accept the banner, or do not respond, none of these three cookies is installed and no analytics script is loaded. We do not use any other advertising or social media cookies. The rest of the content (fonts, images, styles) is served directly from this domain, with no external scripts.
Google Analytics
If you accept the banner, we load Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to find out how many people visit the website and which pages they view. Google acts as a processor over that browsing data, following FlipoPark’s instructions. You can read Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
PostHog
If you accept the banner, we load PostHog (PostHog Ireland Ltd, with data hosted in the European Union) to find out how the website is used: which pages are visited and what elements are clicked. We do not use it for session recording — that function is covered by Contentsquare, so the same data is not duplicated across two providers. Contentsquare
If you accept the banner, we load Contentsquare to generate heatmaps and anonymized recordings of how visitors navigate the website, for the sole purpose of identifying which parts of the interface work well and which need improvement. This never includes the booking form with the intent of capturing your personal data: it is analytics of interface usage, not of the content you write. Contentsquare acts as a processor over that browsing data, following FlipoPark’s instructions. You can read Contentsquare’s privacy policy at contentsquare.com/privacy-policy.

Your decision to accept or decline analytics is not stored in a cookie: it is stored in the browser’s local storage (localStorage), under an entry called “flipopark-cookie-consent”. That entry records your choice, the date you made it, and the version of this cookie policy in force at the time. If we change the policy, you will be asked again even if you had already decided before — we never assume your consent carries over to a different version than the one you accepted. If you delete this site’s data from your browser settings, that decision is deleted too and the banner will appear again on your next visit.
Customer area (club)
FlipoPark’s customer area, ClubFlipo (club.flipopark.es), does not install any cookies. To keep you signed in it uses the browser’s local storage (localStorage), not cookies: it stores your sign-in identifier under the key "club-flipopark:token" and, if you have dismissed the app-install prompt, a flag under "club-flipopark:install-prompt-dismissed". Neither of these is a cookie nor contains browsing data for advertising or analytics purposes: they are strictly necessary for the app to work — keeping you signed in and not repeating a prompt you already dismissed — so they are exempt from the duty to request your consent (Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI). ClubFlipo does not load Google Analytics, PostHog, Contentsquare, or any other analytics or advertising script.
How to withdraw your consent
If you accepted the banner and want to change your mind, delete this site’s data from your browser settings (usually under “Settings → Privacy → Cookies and site data”): the next time you visit the website, the banner will appear again and you can decline analytics.
This is different from the booking form
None of the above has anything to do with what happens when you submit the booking form: at that point your data travels to the technical providers that handle the requests and the email notification, as explained in the privacy policy. That happens because the form itself is designed to be sent to that system, not through cookies.
