Accessibility statement

Our commitment

We are committed to making this website (flipopark.es) meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 and 2.2 at level AA, the reference standard behind the European standard EN 301 549 and Spanish accessibility regulations.

Accessibility is ongoing work: we review it whenever we add or change pages, and we will fix the problems we find or that you report to us.

Conformance status

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 level AA: we are in the process of bringing it into line. We have applied the measures described below and carry out our own checks, but a full external accessibility audit has not yet been carried out, so we cannot claim full conformance.

This statement is based on a self-assessment and on a review of the website’s own code.

This statement covers the flipopark.es website and the ClubFlipo customer area (club.flipopark.es). The customer area is in the same process of bringing it into line and has not yet been assessed separately in the same detail.

Measures taken

• Semantic structure: hierarchical headings, lists and identified regions (header, navigation, main content and footer).
• A “Skip to content” link at the start of every page for people using a keyboard or screen reader.
• Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator on links, buttons and controls.
• Page language declared (Spanish, Galician and English) and a link to each version in the footer.
• Data tables with headers and a description for screen readers.
• Accessible labels on icons and links without visible text, and alternative text on informative images.
• Respect for the system setting to reduce motion: animations are limited when the device asks for it.
• Layout that adapts to mobile, tablet and desktop and allows text to be enlarged without losing content.

Known limitations

We are aware that barriers may still exist. The ones we know of are:

• The online booking form has several steps and has not been systematically tested with all screen readers; some users may find it difficult.
• We have not yet verified the colour contrast of every combination on the website, nor the alternative description of every image.
• The Galician and English versions are offered as courtesy translations and may have had less accessibility review than the Spanish version.
• Some third-party content we link to (for example, social networks) is outside our control and may not be accessible.

Report an accessibility problem

If you find a barrier, cannot access some content or service, or want to make a suggestion, write to us at reservas@flipopark.es. Tell us which page is affected, what stopped you from doing something and, if you wish, the device and assistive technology you use. We will try to reply within a reasonable time and offer you the information or service another way while we fix it. The website owner’s identification and contact details are in the legal notice.
